| Daevlmakr Support
Support is available by email for registered purchasers of Daevlmakr software.
Just email and be sure to include the following information:
1 - Your name
2 - The type of Daevlmakr software you are using
3 - Your Activation Phrase
4 - Computer model, speed of processor and size of RAM installed
5 - Operating system version number
6 - The host application you are using and its version number
7 - A detailed description of the problem and your questions
An example of an email with this information would be:
"Hi Support,
Here's my information -
1 - Pan Faunus
2 - Daevl.Plugs
3 - Bright Eyed Satyrs Frolic With Wild Nymphs In The Glorious Woods Of Arden
4 - MacBook Pro, 2.16GHz, 2GB RAM
5 - Mac OS X 10.4.8
6 - Ableton Live 6 and Numerology 2
7 - After I install the Daevl.Plugs, I hear a noise burst like static every 18 seconds whenever I use them. I know it's 18 seconds because I timed it. I think this is because I need to authorize them somehow, but I'm not sure how to do that. What should I do?
I know this may be a bit basic, but I'm a little drunk.
Thanks,
Pan Man"
In the case above, Daevlmakr Support will then reply with an answer sort of like this:
"Hi Pan Man,
Just run the Authorize Daevl.Plugs application found in /Applications/Daevl.Plugs. You can get to this directory in two ways:
1 - By double-clicking the main system hard drive on your desktop, then double-clicking the Applications folder within the window which opens. Look for the Daevl.Plugs folder in there, and double-click it to open. Double-click Authorize Daevl.Plugs and follow the instructions.
2 - Click the Applications icon you'll probably find towards the edge of your Dock, then look for the Daevl.Plugs folder in the Applications window which has opened and double-click it to open. Double-click Authorize Daevl.Plugs and follow the instructions.
You'll need your Activation Phrase while running Authorize Daevl.Plugs, so have it handy.
Let us know if you have any more questions, and please send us a flask of your best.
